Staff Professional Development Day: Mindfulness, Meditation & Mindset
This session is aimed at empowering professionals with the benefits of Mindfulness, Meditation & Mindset, giving them tangible tools to introduce in their everyday life. We go into depth about the science behind the Stress Responses and Relaxation Responses, and learn how to turn on the Relaxation Response at any given time.
This is a great place to start, gifting staff with the tools of Mindfulness, Meditation & Mindset and how they can introduce into their everyday lives in a simple way, allowing them to lead by example in the workplace and in their personal lives.
These sessions can be tailor-made to your individual needs.
4-hour session: interactive session with Mindfulness, Meditation and breathing exercises through-out.
